How much does it cost to join the training?
We organize the Art of Hosting and Harvesting training in the spirit of “Ask for what you need, offer what you can.” Alongside the preferential rates for those who register early or come together as a group, we invite you to choose a contribution level that feels right for your financial circumstances and what you wish to offer.
To prepare thoughtfully for our gathering, it would be a great help for us to have an early sense of how many people will be joining us. If you are ready to take part, we warmly invite you to register and complete your payment by October 25, 2026.
Preferential rate
9,500,000 VNĐ/participant (~USD 365)
This rate includes all meals, three nights of shared accommodation at the hotel, and organizing costs. The time, effort, and contributions of the Hosting Team and Organizing Team are the gifts we offer you. We offer this preferential rate to those who are eager to register early or who wish to come together and make the gathering a lively one:
- Eagerness Ticket: Register early and complete payment no later than October 25, 2026.
- Togetherness Ticket: Register as a group of three or more people and complete payment within seven days of registration.
A small invitation: If you register early or come as part of a group and are in a position and would like to contribute more than VND 9.5 million, we would deeply appreciate your choosing a higher contribution level to help nurture the program and the spirit of mutual support within our community.
Contribution Ticket
between VND 11,500,000 and 15,000,000 per participant (~ USD 442 – 577)
You are welcome to choose any number within this range, according to your financial circumstances and how much you would like to contribute. All contribution levels include meals, three nights of shared accommodation at the hotel, and organizing costs.
Your chosen contribution also helps recognize the time, effort, and contributions of the Hosting Team and Organizing Team. A contribution of 11.5 million VND helps us acknowledge part of their contribution, while 13.5 million VND allows us to recognize their work at the sustainable level we aspire to.
If you choose to contribute more than VND 13.5 million, the additional amount will go to the Interfamily Support Fund, helping provide financial support to those who need it to participate in the training.
Note: The fee is set in VND. If you pay in a foreign currency, the amount will be converted at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
We understand that not everyone can fit in the frames above. That is why we created the Interdependent Fund, a way for our community to ask for support and offer support to one another. Please read more below.
Interdependent Fund
This is a space where our community, including the organizing team and everyone who takes part, can practice asking for what they need and offering what they can, so that money is never a barrier for anyone who truly wants to join.
- Ask for what you need: If you need financial support to cover part of the participation fee, please share your needs in the registration form. We will get in touch with you to explore a suitable arrangement together.
- Offer what you can: If you are in a position to do so, you are invited to contribute to the Family to Family Support Fund to help others take part.
At the 2022 training in Ninh Binh, 35% of participants were able to join thanks to the support of the community. After the last year’s training in Mui Ne, the community also passed VND 63 million to the support fund. We hope to carry this spirit of abundance and flow forward into this year.
Deadline for support requests: We will reply to your requests based on two deadlines of October 30th and November 6th, 2026.

For Accompanying Family Members
If you will be bringing family members who are not participating directly in the training, we are hoping to organize a few optional activities so that they, too, can have meaningful experiences during this time. We are also setting aside a small budget to support these activities.
Please indicate in the registration form if you will be bringing any family members with you. More details will be shared with you later.
Payment, refund, cancellation and transfer policy
- Payment: You can complete the payment during the registration process or later within 7 days. After this period, we will place you on the waiting list and give priority to those who have completed payment.
- Transfer: You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost.
- Refund: 50% of the participation fee will be refunded if you notify us of your cancellation before November 2nd. No refund will be provided if you notify us of your cancellation after November 2nd.
Training venue & Accommodation
Training venue
The training will take place at the 3-star Bai Dinh Hotel (2 hours by bus from Hanoi), located on a scenic and quiet mountain in Ninh Binh province. We chose this venue after considering the need for an open enough space where participants can temporarily step away from their busy daily work and city life, while allowing the training activities to take place in a focused environment.
The organizing team will arrange transportation between Hanoi and Bai Dinh at certain fixed times before and after the training.

Accommodation
Accommodation is included in the ticket you have selected. Participants will share a room with one or two other participants of the same gender (or with people of your choice if you come as a group). Specifically:
- Shared room – Twin
2 single beds in a room for 2 people.
You will share the room with 1 other participant. - Shared room – Triple
3 single beds in a room for 3 people.
You will share the room with 2 other participants.
The organizing team will randomly arrange participants of the same gender to share rooms. If you are coming with family or friends, or would like to have a private room (which will incur an additional fee), please let the organizing team know when you register so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
